A refundable $30 deposit secures your appointment. It is fully returned when you attend — it simply protects the time reserved for you.
Online requests are confirmed personally by Nadja; nothing is charged when you submit a request. The deposit applies only once your time is confirmed.
Life happens. Give 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule and your deposit comes right back — no questions, no hassle.

Gift cards are redeemable for any service and never expire. They're non-refundable and can be transferred to someone else — recovery is a fine thing to share.
Your session ends at its scheduled time so the next client isn't kept waiting. If you're running late, text us — we'll always make the most of the time remaining.
