Your intake and health answers are treated as confidential. By design, this website does not transmit your health information to our servers — your health answers stay on your device until you choose to send them to Nadja directly (by text, email, or in person), or print them. This keeps your most sensitive information between you and your therapist.
When you sign the intake, we do record a small consent receipt — your name, the date, which agreements you accepted, your typed signature, and a secure fingerprint (a one-way hash) of your completed form — so there is a durable record that you consented. This receipt contains no health details; the fingerprint cannot be reversed to reveal your answers.
Records that Nadja retains are kept confidential and secured, and are held for the period required by North Dakota law. We do not sell, rent, or share your health information for marketing.
We share only what is necessary with service providers who help us operate — for example Stripe for card payments. These providers are bound to protect your information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect safety. We do not sell your data.
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including device passcodes and secure processing for payments. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what we collect and keep sensitive health data off public systems by design.
You may request a copy of the records we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete information where we are not required by law to keep it. To make a request, contact us below.
